ANZ - 300,000 QFF points offer on a mortgage

3.12% with UBank.

I'll take that rate against what ANZ is offering.

Points aren't worth the difference in rates. Too easy to get 300,000 points with 3 to 4 credit card churns for maybe $600 in fees within 3 to 6 months.

I guess it depends on the amount outstanding on your mortgage.

If for example, you have a fully paid off mortgage, then ~$400 for 300k points with no spend requirement is a pretty nice churn.

Exactly. Was certainly worth the rate differential for me. Many times over.
 
Loan settled 2 weeks ago. Received the email with link to provide QF number on Thursday, points hit my account today. All up an excellent process. Couldn’t be happier with ANZ.

Now to apply for the Travel Adventures card and hit them up for another 75k velocity pts! :D

Wow so they deposit the points not too long after settlement. That is pretty fantastic.
 
A few weeks after settlement I received an email to enter my qff details and I got my points within 1-2 days after that. Very fast and painless
 
Does anyone know if one needs to be with their current lender for a minimum period before they refinance again?
 
I'm currently chasing ANZ via the lending manager at the branch I did my loan at. Crickets so far with 4 follow up emails. Was the email that you received to make the claim personalized?
