I agree, I understand there needs to be checks & balances but at the end of the day 6 weeks or longer is not acceptable regardless. You offer a Loyalty program so you need to deliver on the entire service experience (pre, during & post), at the moment the flights are fine in my experience but...

Just used the Business, Gold & Platinum lane to go through security at Gold Coast airport, took me to the front of the other queue were you then had to push in and in turn get chewed out by the other passengers who queued up. What's the point in having it if its not directed clearly at the end...

Hi Same thing happened to me got the outbound flights points/SC after 4 weeks, inbound flights its now up to 6 weeks, emailed retro@ etc with boarding passes and spoke to Gold frequent flyer and they said they would chase it, they emailed me back to say the contacted Etihad to confirm details...
