Ooops, forgot to add am flying out of SYD

Hey guys, have been trawling through the various options and my head is being done it - anyone got a magic bullet for a 100SC run by May - missed the double offer, was too busy on other business matters and realise I need a quick & dirty cheap run... all options will be considered, but a holiday...

Unfortunately, they are all a commodity now, so if it breaks, we replace - I have had my current Samsonite roller for about 7 years with almost weekly throws into the luggage compartment and its still going strong, might need a replacement soon though, starting to look a bit old.

Not too sure why you would go to the added expense of Custom made - suggest you look to Samsonite, they always have good gear, just make sure you go for upright not the squat sideways ones, as they don't roll down the aisle at all. Just make sure there is a good & large compartment for clothing...

Have always found that calling the VA help line as a Platinum member is fantastic - they will bend over backwards to help!

I too have reached Platinum twice flying super cheap Y and have never had anything but fantastic service from very friendly - always ready to help - lounge staff. Maybe you walked in unhappy and upset and that transferred to the treatment you received?

Initially FM does turn off all transmissions, fairly sure you cant manually turn your data and phone access on manually, so it does 'protect' them.

After you select Flight mode, you can usually go in and manually turn on BT/WiFi
