Hi all, I know that the original comms received on April 2 indicated that the additonal year would not be applied until the review date, is there any indication that this will still occur?

Generally use most of the comp upgrades every year and have never noticed a difference over paid fares.

I think VA using the term food is a stretch....... However QF are also prone to exaggeration on their claims around food. I think its a case of having something in the lounge first if hungry. I still think overall the VA lounge food is better and seems to vary 'a little'.

Domestic only recently but QF appalling, not sure why they annoy people by claiming it is something they offer....... Other hand VA generally do a pretty good job of it, and consistently seem to deliver close to the start, the odd miss but generally far better performance in my experience.

Have never had an issue getting lounge access at pullman in Brisbane, reasonably basic food offer but will pretty much get you any beer you want

Travelled Montreal - Miami recently and was definately a seperate terminal for US bound flights - very easy though.

Would also much rather see a similar process in place for NZ traffic - would speed travel considerably and potentially reduce costs??

WP and only got the double points - not particularly interested in that offer, much prefer the 2x SC.

Also noticed this recently, there used to be a button at the bottom of the screen that you could click to see all your bookings, this seems to be gone now and I can only see 5. Hope it's a glitch and they get it sorted out - not holding my breath though!
