Defintely significant downgrade in quality in last 12 mths in business class.. Reality is people are just buying economy x domesticly now ...you have enough room. food non existent ..hate those protein balls in the morning and rubbish coffee.

Please Qantas You made a song and dance of returning to OOL. The flight times dont work for business travellers. Mondays Tues and Weds am the Virgin lounge is chocka with regular commuters who refuse to fly Jetstar. A simple 6AM flight would nett you 50% of these flyers easily.

It all started with Virgin status matching qantas last year. premium flyers queue on virgin is almost as long as normal queue on some flights now,so i guess its a reaction from the plats and golds!.
