Agree. We've both gone from platinum to silver, cancelled our VA Amex (x2). Family pooling made it great for our family but now all our forward bookings are on QF 🤷‍♀️

The swipe wasnt damaged, but wasnt recognised at all by the terminal.

They are being replaced. Not tampered, packs were all correctly intact. Just misprinted cards that shouldnt have made it through QC.

Check your Vanilla gift cards, we had a number that were faulty (missing part of the CC number, no security code, and couldnt be swiped).

We've added an NZ trip for Jan to finish off school holidays. And I'm hoping to make it to WLG for the annual dinner. I'm starting to regret letting my QF status drop recently...
