    The turboprops generally cannot fly on top of the weather. Just hire a car if offloaded Some passengers are more valuable to the airline and/or have connections to make.

    Records are meant to be kept for a statutory period. Outside of the statutory period the practice may decide to cull the records. Assuming the records are within the statutory period, and the practice cant find them, then the best course of action is a regulator like the IPC in NSW

    You own the information. The business owns the record in which the info is kept. No state difference. Analogy. The post office owns the PO Box in which sits your letter . You have a right to have that information in that record copied and transferred. This does not mean the record is taken...
