I would stay a night at the Ibis Budget and THEN go home. My home is in Melbourne.

If I arrived that late, staying a night at the Ibis Budget would be better than taking a taxi.

I would take a bus from terminal 4 to Broadmeadows, and then get a train home. I would waste an additional hour but even that is better than taking a taxi in Melbourne.
