It's a shame when a nice lounge is ruined by hoardes of families using the happy hour as free dinner for kiddies time. I am in the Hilton Vienna Danube and the lounge was pure savagery, children touching food and dropping bottles of juice putting glass everywhere. Lounges should be child free.

I have a US Amex, I even called them from Australia to activate it and have called their service people about it a few times with no problems. It's a work card, not sure if that makes a difference. I only needed my passport number to activate it (they have my AU address).
