I third the use of this wallet. I've had one for about five years. The tiny pen in it is very handy for filling in forms. It's bulk means you know it's in your front pocket (or when it's not!).

November this year? That's way too short a timeframe for an award seat on SQ via Velocity unless there's a lucky release of some extra seats. Earlier posts in this thread show how hard it can be.

Does Aeroplan have greater access? Just curious, because some award-seat-search platforms return a fair bit of Aeroplan SQ availability where there's nothing via VA, but I haven't paid attention to the points (knowing that Aeroplan has horrible variable pricing), as I don't have Aeroplan points.
