Booked a 2 for the price of 1 to China in October 2019. Unfortunately my husband is unable to fly due to a medical condition. Tried to replace him with my daughter only to be told no way. I should have read the t and c's more carefully as states no change to booking permitted. Only options...

Thanks Jeffrey, I have done that and it seems ok. I have also spoken to ANZ staff who provided contact details in case of a claim. The only requirement was to have used the card for at least A$250 of the travel costs.

Does anyone have experience of the travel insurance provided free to gold and platinum visa card holders? Travelling to UK and Europe for 5 weeks. Self driving in UK and coach tour in Europe. Should I take out addition al travel insurance?
