I'm keeping this card. It does earn points but not at a great rate but is fee free providing the 2.5k spend per month. I will keep churning though cards like the Southern Aurora but it's always good to have one to have for automatic debits and not have to worry about it or plan for it as card...

Opposite to opposite to @MooTime I have the Velocity Flyer Card and was recently approved for another Citi card a few weeks ago. The application approval appeared automatic rather than somebody making a decision as was approved immediately upon completion of activation.
