Not unreasonable to shop around if you have time but may end up paying for another consultation. Just because you pay more does not mean that you would get a better service/more experience etc.... I know someone who charged a lot more than his colleagues because....drum roll.....he only worked...

Couple of flights delayed and cancelled SYD to MEL

Have had CD on MEL-SIN EK award flights booked using QFF points. Perhaps needs to be on the EK flight no when booked to have access on Manage your booking at qantas.com

Sorry to hear about this... Yes happened to me & +1 Had EK (QF flight no) flights to Europe return. Pick up and Drop-off all organised for Arrival and Departure. Only leg that didn't work was MEL to home - no record of request.... but as it was MEL, EK service desk at MEL managed to get another...
