This year I was at 1111 SC at least 3 months before reset no offer to retain with points and no comp, lucky I requalified with some flights 1 week before SC reset..

My DSC came in overnight in the end.

Well no dsc's came through in the end.. now I am worried. Normally they always came through in the past 2 days after the flight...

The antagonist in me says why do them a favour when they clearly sway all the rules in favour of them other times. also I guess that is why standby exists so they fill a seat last minute when a no show happens.

Tough choice, go home to MEL on the 'party' flight QF30 with a J upgrade lottery request. Or via syd in paid PE... mmmm what to do??
