    Qantas club upgrades

Living outside Australia helped lower the cost (no GST) if you thought you might be moving back someday. Some of us OFT are professionals, dressing and acting as such, but I agree that the Perth QP is a shocker with all the CUB miners on company sponsored memberships. And now because of their...

Priority baggage for QFF Gold Members

As posted earlier, I have written to them 3 times about priority tagged luggage coming out last at PER. Further I got palmed off on damage, and watched with horror my bag being heavily thrown around through the plane window. Dispite first hand evidence, QF do not give a stuff about baggage...

Priority baggage for QFF Gold Members

It doesn't matter what tag you have on them if you're going to PER. If you check in early, your bags will come out late (even last), and no one gives a stuff! 3 letters to Qantas asking why non priority luggage comes out first in Perth. Still no answer.

Scanner reveals dog inside man's luggage

Trying to save a few bucks at the expensive of this pets comfort (or even life) is reprehensible, and I hope he is punished severely.

    ANZ Changes

ANZ seem to be sending us all different dates for these changes. My letter stated Dec, and that the points would change whether I accepted the Amex or not! Very carefully written, and not immediately obvious if you were just quick scanning.

Anyone had Panavax yet (H1N1) ?

All of us that fly regularly are high risk, but my job also put me in that category. Had sore arm and joint ache for 24hrs, but that's usual for me after the "normal" flu jab. They haven't tested for H1N1 in WA for over a month now. I probably brought back a dose from HKG as took me 2 weeks...

    SAS Partner points

Estonians "think" they are Scandies, but are European States that used to be Baltic States. Given that these flights are operated by Estonian aircraft with code share SK numbers, I would suggest do not expect anything unless a mistake is made. This flight doesn't even show up on SAS's route...

Best Flights are they any good

I used to use them a lot until one day I needed to make some changes! Their charges are VERY large, and the staff often seem to be that weeks backpackers. Usually, you can get the fares elsewhere (even the airlines direct) for the same prices without inflated penalties being part of the contract.

What is the highest amount of points balance you've had/seen?

Use 'em, or lose 'em! I went down with Ansett also! (and Qantas helped bring me home, as I was overseas at the time on a RTW :D)

    ANZ Changes

Sorry Serfty, you are wrong. Existing customers are being forced to accept the new points system even if you refuse to take up their "kind offer" of the Amex
