What about Vanuatu, Qantas offers award econ for 30K on a Air Vanuatu codeshare? They just cancelled J class awards but they have availability in both June and July (I booked yesterday) in econ. Its a great destination that leaves Fiji for dead!!

Qantas has told me that if you waitlist pre 25/5 you will have priority over the 2nd waitlist which will be decided on priority. It sounds like Lindsay has been told something else so who knows.......... Good luck
