If you're reaching on points but not nights or stays, then you're probably one of the bigger spending people in the Hilton Diamond crowd, and I can imagine you would have a higher commercial value ranking than many other low cost Diamonds (say, people that stay in cheap Hampton Inns in the USA...

My flight in on QF2001 on Saturday was also arriving on time, but delayed over 20 minutes owing to the new arrangement in T3. I really hope this doesn't slow things down. If it happens again I might leave formal feedback with QANTAS about it.
