Would be helpful to know what routes you're planning to redeem. You can book SQ J flights via the VA call centre for Reduced Cost but Reduced Availability, or slug the Surcharge for more availability. SQ F & R, then transferring Vel to KF is a Must - no getting around it

Tried booking MEL- SIN in R Paid for 1st of March next year. Originally only Redeye flights available, now only F seems to be available. Maybe there putting a hold on R class flights until the fitout is complete?
