There are people who will scream to the rooftops about (say) 2012 Teusner Albert Shiraz being served in F instead of something more expensive... but wankers are perhaps the target market, so it's a difficult balance to strike.

You might be thinking of former selector Geoff Marsh. And 1981 and 2001 are the follow-on fails. Enforcing it isn't always the sensible thing to do.
