    American Airlines W Bucket

Does anybody know why W on AA is a non-earning bucket for QFF, but seemingly lower buckets (such as V, G, N and S) are eligible? Thanks in advance...

    New 3 class 747 layout - QF7/8/15/16/107/108

Re: QF7 - No Row 4? Thanks serfty. I decided to phone QFF yesterday and managed to select 69J/69K for QF7 on Sun 18 Mar. The seat map for that flight is still not available online for me. Your suggestion on how to make it available is a good one (and is appreciated), but, as doing it "will...

    New 3 class 747 layout - QF7/8/15/16/107/108

Re: QF7 - No Row 4? At least you're able to see a seat plan! QF has moved me from 39J/39K to 48B/48C on QF7, presumably due to a change of equipment (which has sadly resulted in a loss of the perk of a PE seat :(). When I try to select a seat, I get this message: Please review the following...

Cathay Pacific to Implement Amadeus (Altéa) W/E 11/12 February

Do we think that CX is likely to add the capacity to book PE fares on their website as part of this upgrade?

New CX J and PE coming to Aus!

CX treated me (a SG too) very well in Y ex-SYD last year as well. The advance meal service was very unexpected. Does anybody know how to actually price and book CX PE? I see that their Australian website doesn't include Premium Economy in the Cabin Class drop-down menu. Hopefully this will be...

    QF A380 reconfig during 2012

That sounds far more realistic and comfortable! Upper deck Y on the A380 could be nice.

    QF A380 reconfig during 2012

How can they possibly they fit an extra 39 economy seats on the main deck without changing first class? That sounds like a very tight squeeze.

    Double Status Credits to HKG

I was planning to ask a question of targeted members along these lines when I saw your post! I was going to ask whether those targeted had recently flown CX to HKG (not necessarily in J) and whether those not targeted had not done so. I was targeted, and I did fly CX in Y to HKG in October.

Loyalty Bonus Changes: November 30 Draws Near

Does anybody know exactly how the transition from the old to the new loyalty bonus will operate and how progress towards the old loyalty bonus will be recognised on 30 November (or 1 December)? For example, on 30 November I will be 20 Status Credits short of the 'old' loyalty bonus and will...

    Seoul recommendations

As others have done, I highly recommend the DMZ tour. I took the Koridoor tour offered out of the USO at Camp Kim at Samgakji in August 2010, and it was an incredibly surreal experience that I will never forget. Be sure to go on a tour that includes the Joint Security Area (JSA) at Panmunjom...

USA Multi-City Open Jaw Valid Routes

Thanks grussellt. ifly.net.au allowed me to find a QF fare for SYD-CMH//DFW-SYD (for about $170 more than the QF website shows for a simple SYD-DFW-SYD itinerary on the same dates.) However, it would still be nice if the QF website could accommodate such an itinerary!

USA Multi-City Open Jaw Valid Routes

Does anybody know why (and which) certain US city pairings are valid routes for open jaw bookings online, but other pairings cannot be booked online? For instance, SYD-CMH//DFW-SYD is an invalid route that I cannot book online, but SYD-ORD//DFW-SYD (for instance) is perfectly valid. Woudl...

    Qantas Sale?

This article refers to sale fares and doubling of frequent flyer point earn rates, but doesn't mention too many details: Qantas to cut fares, double frequent flyer points A double status credits offer would be nice!
