It's been so long since I've booked any virgin flights using points that I've forgotten whether the sectors still count towards your requirements. I need to fly 8 sectors in order to maintain my platinum card but I want to book some flights using my velocity points.

I transfered all my amex points across to velocity yesterday and only received 15% bonus instead of the 20% advertised :(

Got platinum extended for a further 12 months until June 2023. I was planning on taking a couple more flights to requalify but now may rethink them. Have to say I was surprised they would keep extending memberships for this long.
