There's just the one application to IASC I can see, and it is quite specific that it will be operated by Jetstar. The only Qantas thing is that Qantas made the application on behalf of Jetstar.

They shouldn't really be changing it like that. And I am sure they could get champagne cheaper than that (although in some cases, you might be better off with an Aust sparkling!)
