They usually specify that the order must be collected during the offer, does it post automatically or do you have to chase it up?

Apparently there is a mixed opinion as to which way the door open is indicated on plans. What I read said this was to the left but I think its actually to the right. I think the only option will be to go and see it in person then make a decision, rather than opting for their cheap fix.
