We’re all on board QL 1547 and waiting for the door to close. One step closer to the DO!

QF 1547 plane isn’t here at gate 21 despite boarding time was 4 minutes ago.

Heading back to T1 in a few minutes.

MEL QF Lounge lift broke and I hobbled down three flights of stairs to meet @Mattg who was kind enough to meet me at T1.

I finished my coffee and will check about getting to the VA Lounge now.

I arrived MEL Gate 21, so came straight to the Business Lounge. I should have written down everyone’s arrival times. It’s all jumbled in my head.

Why are you all on the left? Is the view better on that side? Drinks served first over there? What am I missing? Should I change to 3A? 😁

I’ve known @Bundy Bear , @serfty , and @straitman +1 for a decade and a half, but it’s been a while, so I suppose I could do with a refresher.

A And to think I packed and unpacked my jacket because it’s spring down there! Thankfully at the very last minute I repacked it. 😮‍💨

I am not at all familiar with MEL. Are QL and VA gates near each other? I’ll send you a private message.

I’ve done my OLCI and searched for a LST map. Does it have four gates? Collecting my checked bag will be a breeze, right? Just an FYI, @Matt_01 , @PrezRegan , and @sirchop , I need to stop at the carousels.

I win for furthest distance and most modes if the qualification window extends outside of Friday.

Oooh boy, it’s been a rough couple of days sleepwise. I’ve easily fallen asleep 9-10 pm and inconveniently woken fresh as a daisy at 1 am and remained awake. An hour out from arriving in Adelaide on The Overland, a freight train locomotive broke down, we sat an hour waiting for it to reverse...
