BA flight from UK to Aus (sept) was cancelled week ago and cash+points were refunded (to Amex) days later. I suppose lots of airlines are in a dire straight but with current crises customer care should be number one if they want customers back.

BA just cancelled my Daughters Business class booking to Australia in sept via spore since all flights are canceled until further notice..

Had 300 SC deposited to my Qantas Life Gold acct yesterday..

Daughters got both Aus and Brits passports .. Yesterday night all sale Seats were there , now its gone.. will come in due course.

Direct BA site..

Keep on looking but daughters paid only 2k pounds ..

BA is issuing cheaper Business class deals to Australia starting from sept. Almost 3000 dollars cheaper than previously. Some are $+points. My daughters grab those tickets yesterday.

Not quite true.. you can say they are playing with time and ask amex to process chargeback and they will do it.. I have being there before, Amex will look after you..

Qantas wine is the best bet since it can be upto 15k points and points r immediate to ur acct.. other options r do u have amex card that can to qantas and other is insurance but it gives 800 immediately bit balance 2 months after If there is no claim😂
