As I've mentioned before, I work in a nasty place where lots of things have the potential to kill people. SOPs are rife in my place too. One really, REALLY big problem SOPs create is that some people believe it removes their need to think objectively and subsequently act in exactly that way.

Yep, sure does. I also work in a place that has the potential to kill people if things go pear shaped. Sometimes nasty words convey the difference between "Would you mind if I do X" and "This is what's GOING to happen"

SCs for me too. LTG is my target and I'll be there in 4 years at current rate, I'll get 600SCs extra this way in 4 years so probably reduces my time to LTG by about 4-6 months. Points are easy to come by, and 50SCs is worth way more than 8000 points to me.

I reckon $15K for P1 is dirt cheap. I spend about $14000 a year on domestic and only just retain WP each year. In fact that gets me 1170SC and I have to find the other 30. Double SC obviously gets me more.
