The ( only ) EK lounge in AKL is very good. The QF lounge in AKL is not. If you're not OWE then you won't get into the F lounge in MEL.

Won’t greatly bother me one way or another, it was coincidental with LTG - which was the target. I’m 2 weeks from semi-retirement so I’ll pretty much be giving up flying other than holidays, in which case the QP, or whatever OW lounge, will do just fine.
