How ofen do they change the menu in Pier F at Hkg? Will be there in 11 days' time on a 4 hour transit to Europe so wondering if this will be the menu or would it have changed?

Oops...a bit dyslexic with the email address. Both don't work now anyway ...Haha! Just rang them, after a hold time of ~10 minutes, got through to an agent who after 2 minutes, emailed the etickets to me :) ...Was just wanting to avoid having to call them I guess....luckily I can ring the US...

I made a booking last night from Xiy to Can on Zh to slowly use up my Lifemiles stash but as per usual the etickets were never sent. In the past I use to email them on [email protected] and they will respond but it aeems not anymore. 2 weeks ago I had to call them to get e tickets sent to me...

Anyone know how (can you?) use the Tello referral credit to pay the $5 monthly fee? I couldn't work it out. :(

I want to! ....but someone who shall remain nameless won't let me! As a compromise, I will be taking 3 months LSL (1/2 pay) each year starting this year...with annual & conference leave, it means I will only be working 7.5 months per year moving forwards!

I think the days of FF seats in the pointy end are just about gone and agree with the content of your post...We have (esp +1 when I travelled J for work) flown in the pointy end for 15+ years on points but it is now reached the point where you fly where the seats are available as opposed to...

I was put on hold whilst they spoke to Global transfer team...after 5 minutes, agent came back and said I was approved. 2 or 3 days later received card and welcome pack at my relative's US address who subsequently FedExd it to me in Sydney :)

Only an email to call them...never uploaded anything!
