This isn't about which seat on the plane is taken by what person, but rather what lounge access there is beforehand. If the OP keeps their ticket, they'd be able to get one person into Qatar (and maybe Oman) by virtue of flying J, two people into Air France (by virtue of SG/QP status) or two...

The OP should be able to get into the Air France lounge as a Gold or QP. Also worth noting name changes are only possible up to 24 hours before (and they'd need a ticket themselves, given paid fares don't permit name changes)...

TBH, in the wake of BKK booting out lounges other than its own from Priority Pass/Dragonpass, your best bet is to burn off your two Dragonpass entries on a Coral or Miracle lounge and pay for one more admission. It's a shame that the BKK airport authorities decided to be a***holes, as the Air...
