There's a blackout from 1-12 January (and over Easter) - I think it's noted right at the bottom of the page. I was looking at a few different dates and noticed they all said "Only 4 seats remaining" so there might only be 4 seats at the promo fare on each FJ910/911 flight.

Now that I think of it, it may be an anomaly - that was the leg that I had to make the retroactive claim with Velocity after I was re-accommodated on AA. I emailed them my itinerary and boarding pass, so maybe they just manually credited it as W, when Delta would have just credited it at M.

The best thing about Comfort+ is the PE status credits, hands down. Even when you pay to upgrade after purchasing Main Cabin (Comfort+ seats were not available at the time of booking), Delta re-ticket into W fare bucket and you get the full PE status credits.

If your ticket shows you purchased a J fare bucket (despite J not being available) they should credit you the appropriate SCs, it just might require intervention on their part - and you supplying them with a copy of the e-ticket as proof. I recently had an issue with a Delta-issued ticket...
