Makes sense. However, I have a fixed rent payment every week. Is there an easy to to set this up in EBP without them trying to draw the rents up to 4 weeks in advance? I guess setting it to "top-up"every fortnight would reduce the advance payments to 2 weeks max, but its still not ideal to have...

Is there any way to turn off the automatic top up for EBP? It seems to try to top up an entire month of bills in 4-5 weeks in advance into the account

And DEFT charges 3.3% for Amex. Im wondering why EBP doesnt support Amex given amex supposedly reduced their merchant fee below Visa/MC?

Meanwhile deft payment portal from Macquarie Bank still charges 3.3% for Amex and 1.5% for Visa...

Flying SYD-BNE-NRT on QF on one ticket, I presume the luggage would be through checked to NRT? Is there anywhere on the QF website that talks about the policy for this? Cheers

Probably targeted. I just got an email from ANZ saying they lifted the earn rate to a pretty incredible 2 QFF pts / $ spend on the ANZ FF Black Visa for the next 3 months.

Now if only they can change the biosecurity law so you can check your luggage to the final destination...

I mean... no one is physically stopping you from dumping VA shares and buying QF if you think QF is doing really hot... it takes upwards of 5 mins to execute depending on the size of your holdings... Either that or you can negotiate with the other VA shareholders to acquire a controlling stake...
