Recently booked and completed a couple of flights between HKG and PVG with KA in Flex Y and based on the status calculator I should get 30SC. Yet when the flights have posted, I have only earned 15SC and it says economy/ flex economy. Is this normal as very frustrating when using the calculator...

I would say it's worth it. I am in the same boat except to get to Platinum. A SYD-BNE-CNS return in flex economy for around $650 will get you 100SC

If my anniversary is 31st May and I have a flight on that day that will get me over the line to jump to Platinum, will it count if I am in the USA? Does Qantas go on the local time zone and not that in Australia as when I take the flight it will technically be 1st June in Australia.

While I have until May 16, looking at ways to get to WP sooner. I currently need 445 SC, however 200 of those I have covered with forward bookings. This means I need a run to net me 250 SC with the least amount of $ spent. Any suggestions?

Was in the F Lounge back in June and was served raw eggs which was a concern. One mouthful only, that can make you very sick indeed. Was promptly returned but it does make you ask the question is this the tip of the iceberg?
