Svalbard is great! However what about him doing a trip,where he will be with other the same age. I love Hurtigruten but it is not a young demographic. There are a number of companies running hiking trips, kayaking, mtb etc in Scandinavia.

I was in an AA lounge in Phoenix in Feb. Cannot remember which one but probably Flagship. Small lounge but had a staff member making toast with fresh salsa on it. Together with a free bloody Mary….I enjoyed it! I didn’t enjoy anything else about that airport!

Finnair Business lounge in HELwhere the coughtails great and the food very good. But the best part is the sauna which was most enjoyable.

I could also be interested depending on the date.

I flew Finnair from DFW to Hel and then Hel to Hong Kong about a month ago. I love flying this airline but did not think that the food was as good as it had been when I last flew with them

Which is exactly why I haven’t used my travel credit. I do hope that the ACCC looks into this

I did a QF - AY trip in February booked through a TA. Had to chase up the status credits but eventually received them.

I dropped bags at the AA check in at TBIT a month ago.

I flew through Hong Kong two weeks ago. AY from Helsinki then CX to Melbourne. I did not have to collect and recheck my bags. Hope it works out for you.

Spent a very unsuccessful 45 mins on the phone with the Fijian call centre yesterday. I am unsure how this can be viewed as a professional call centre for an asx listed company when the background noise were many clucking chickens! 45 minutes listening to chickens summed up my whole experience.

I am in a similar position Matt. I absolutely love the first class lounges and those alone, will encourage me to keep Platinum! However I have found no difference in call centre waiting times unless of course they have really blown out again! I waiting 45 minutes yesterday and was put through to...
