No invite here but couldn't attend anyway as will be on my way to London that evening. Have a great time and report back :D
 
Have a feeling that this is also the 'launch' of the new pilots uniform too. Meaning the day where everyone switches over.

Invitation suggests a reveal of the internals, but I wonder whether they'll name the first route at the same time?!
 
Dang! No invite (yet...?) - and just when I'm in the region ;). Would have worked quite nicely :(. Where's a RedRoo when you need one ;):p.
 
Very happy to see QF adopt the 787. But "cutting edge" ?? I think they managed to miss that boat - it is half a decade since ANA started using them.

I also received an invitation but unfortunately will not be in the country :(. What a shame as I would have been there with bells on :).

There was a note at the bottom of the invitation: "This invite is non-transferrable"

Cutting edge is really something that should be confined to knives. Buying the second, or third, version of something makes much more sense. Especially when you can't just abandon it by the side of the road!
 
I soooo wish i would get one of those and attend the event.
Would totally ditch work to attend. (unless you are my boss and reading this then i was only joking i will totally be at work and paying 100% attention and not refreshing AFF or AusBT to get the low down)

Gaahh! And I was just about to ask you to transfer to me :(.

If it's only NSW peeps getting an invite, how do I tell the right person at QF that I'm one of them at the moment :confused::).

No invite here, but then I'm not based in SYD and only have WP status.

I guess these kind of things are for P1s?

Anyway I don't think I would be able to make it even if I was invited.
 
I'm assuming I'm invited but as I'm overseas without my usual phone number. And with bigpond webmail next to useless I'm sure mines just lost!!!!
