I think there is a Decor brand? WoW should have them
It's a red bowl and comes with a nylon / plastic spoon. I have one, about 4 bucks when WW drop the decor products 50% every so often. Only use the plastic spoon and it won't scratch and you won't die wondering if your gut contains a ball of micro-plastics.

There is no benefit from a fancy rice cooker as there is only one way to cook rice - the absorption method.
A rice cooker should only have ONE button and two lights

IMO the only requirement for the bowl is that it is non stick. - actually they all are.

YEESSSSSS....

We used my Mother in Laws basic one for years and when it died at about 50 years old we bought a $10 'one button two lights', non stick bowl type from Big W and it cooks perfectly fine rice. Usually used about twice a week. Have used it for about 2 years.

@Quickstatus, that Kambrook one will last as long as it takes to slightly damage its ultra-lightweight bowl, which will be measured in days such is the quality of that one. The longevity is directly related to the bowl quality and the price.

Nah Ive got a similar <$100 with light weight aluminium bowl. At least 15 years now. Lots of scratches on the non stick bowl, but nothing sticks.
I believe you, but the one in a share house I occupied where the non-stick surface peeled/flaked off into the food which then stuck like hell to the bowl, tells a different story. Same one as your pic.

Still if it only costs $15, just chuck it when it doesn't work and get another one. Same as pretty much everything.

Shouldnt be peeling off. If peeling off and within manufacturer warranty I would return.
I have returned for warranty exchange a $25 item at Binglee once - they didnt blink an eyelid or bother to check.Just gave me another one.

bullet proof
The mechanism on most of the cheap and cheerful ones is just a magnet which sits inside the round spring plate in the middle of the heater plate.
The magnet loses its magnetic properties once the temp goes above 100C and when that happens it flips the switch to just warm setting. Turning off the cooker resets the switch. No circuit boards involved.

If anyone’s in the market for a new coffee machine, this offer popped up in my Rewards app this morning. I can’t comment on the quality of the product, however.

My goto beverage is cappuccino. My machine makes a perfect one (to my taste) with the press of one button using Vittoria Espresso beans. (Delonghi Dinamica)

I got one. Well, not this model as it seems to not be available but the Evo Magnifica that looks almost the same. Needed to YouTube how to set it up as their written instructions are insane but their own YouTube ones are good.

First coffee. Did that clean thing into the cup as well and perfect temp. This was the latte setting then did an extra espresso shot to fill the big mug. Now I have to programme it so MrP just has to press one button.
