It should be free shipping per the email advertising 13th birthday. I emailed asking them to refund it. They seem to do this every time they have this "lottery". At least we had minutes instead of seconds to grab one this time.

Just checked back and realised im getting vintages confused - the one I nabbed previously is the 2004 which is definitely on the end of its drinking window, this 2012 seems to be better reviewed and also a stack of notable reviewers rating its drinkability well into the next 10+ years.

Didn't refund shipping this time for me after emailing. Said St Henri deal was too good and free shipping didn't apply :( Might be just my broker... let me know if anyone had any success.

The email last night clearly stated it was ‘sitewide’. Doesn’t seem to allow caveats.

That is just BS. It is contrary to their terms and conditions. Should be free postage. No ifs or buts.

Do it via the live chat. You are entitled to free shipping as per the advertised promo. Ive had same issue previously thats been quickly rectified by live chat.

My St Henri had attached free shipping FYI.
