Flying J. Which do you prefer: A330 or B747?

747 depends on old or new skybeds, but the A330 isn't too bad either. Given a choice, upper deck on 747 is always good for resting, but not good if you want to look out the window.

747 here everytime.... ask me again after the A330's are upgraded and my opinion may change..

I enjoy the flying experience as well as the product.

Therefore it is a 747 each and every time if it was my choice. I love the upper deck but even lower deck front is OK. It actually feels like a business class cabin not like that tiny little small cabin on the A330 where you can see everyone around you.

But then economy on a 747 feels like economy should feel like.

Refurb 747 is way out in front, non refurb great if you get F seats, but very line ball if you get OJA/C.

May be a bit OT but a few people have mentioned here that if you can get upstairs.....etc etc its good.
Why is that, is there something special that I don't know about or is it just personal preference.
I usually try and get the little small private cabin at the front downstairs seats 1 - 3
( Or am I just asking another dumb question, )
