Amazes me that within minutes of an article going up on AusBt you are always the first to post a link.............

Looking forward to seeing NZ finally operate the 789. I wonder when they will slip in into the Trans-Tasman schedule, and if those flights will be bookable.

1. That article went up last night, I didn't read it or post the link until this morning.

2. I would also have posted a link to the story on AFR but they have a paywall which means very people here could read it

3. I like AusBT articles, follow them on Twitter and when I see something good I try to post it here.

According to this article below, trans-Tasman "sometime in July or August, definitely in September" according to NZ but not bookable like JQ's 787s, will be more "surprise and delight" they say.

Boeing 787-9 flights Sydney Melbourne Brisbane Auckland - Flights | hotels | frequent flyer | business class - Australian Business Traveller

(Yes, LovesToTravel, another AusBT link but hey, they have the story, right?)

Thanks, I got the July-August part. More interested in being able to book a flight on one than being surprised. Oh well...
