Hi,

I have booked an activity via the qantas website for Feb 2014. When do the extra points post to my account - when I pay or when I do the activity?

Thanks,

Thanks for your post, it reminds me to follow up some points that didn't post for an activity booked through QF - that was back in Sept, so have given them plenty of time to post automatically.

Yeah, it's easy to loose track of them, esp when they can take so long to post. I have a label/tag setup in my Google Mail called QFF POINTS CHECK that I attach to the booking confirmation emails. Then I review those items every so often, checking against my QFF Activity Statement.

Use the same for other QFF points earning "activities" such as EDR promos etc... gotta "keep the coughs honest..." Although Hanlon's Law usually applies in my experience. ;)

I booked an activity that was cancelled due to bad weather. By the time we got home and requested a refund, points had already posted. The were never reversed, so added bonus for missing out!

Good suggestion, I use a similar system for EDR promos, but not quite as organised for QF. :)
