Hello MH flyers, anyone have any experience getting an award ticket for an infant via Enrich? You can't book online i think. If you managed to get one, how did you go about it? Thanks in advance...
The booking agent I spoke to today said that you can ring after your award tickets are issued, and add an infant, but you have to pay an extra fee. I asked whether this was 10% of the best available fare on the day. Her answer was a bit garbled by the quality of the line, so I am not sure what the answer was... I'll let you all know the answer if and when I get the tickets issued.

Yes I did it. Cost 0 miles and around the same traces and surcharges as an adult ticket (about$1000 for return J tickets Australia-Europe). Not a painless process. Did online booking to take advantage of recent promotion. Their website mangled my bookings and copayments so I had to ring to get the operator to repair them. Was on hold for very long periods. Then I had to get the infant added to each booking. Another couple of hours. Now seems safely ticketed. Our youngest will soon be 2 years old so I'm glad we won't be dealing with this issue ever again.
