Westpac Cards do not earn points on Bpay payments.
Do they earn points when paid via PayPal?

It is good that they do.
Why would't they? Well Westpac can choose what points are awarded on.. ie if you pay a bill on your card that goes through BPay you can no points (most other companies you do. Hence my question to check on PayPal, as I can pay a number of bills on PayPal and as long as it earns points, as mine is linked to my Black Amex I will earn 1.5 points per 4.
