Indeed. Can't always keep everyone happy, sometimes you just have to let them go. That's the way it is.
I love the people saying they'll walk because of this. That's great. What did you all do before these were available?
While I don't know how Qantas operates, I just happen to read up on my own company... Priorities for the company, in order: 1. profitability. 2. existing business. 3... etc, etc.
So if QF has a similar policy, and if they deem MASA's to be bad for profitability, they probably don't quite mind losing clients/business.
