Using QFF points to request upgrade on EL AL flight

Hi,

First time poster long time reader.

Looking at flying from PERTH WA to TEL AVIV and just wondering how earning and using QFF points on El Al flights works?

You cannot use points to upgrade, earn would be as per the table.

Not that I am aware of, its very hard to transfer points between airline programs and usually involves using a hotel program or similar, the end result is poor value.

If you live in Australia then it's better for you to credit all the points to QFF.
EL AL's 'Matmid' FF program is not very good and points earned from flying expire after 3 years.
