A quick question relating to fare rules interpretation on change fees for infants.
As reported in the expedia.com.br, had to change some flights my sister booked for the family due to inadvertently selecting October for return date instead of September. We paid the change fees to make these changes. However, both expedia and Qantas charged the fee, so have been double charged the change fee, which we are trying to pursue for refund via expedia. However I noticed differences in what they charged:
1) Expedia charged 5x$100 + $10(infant)
2) QANTAS charged 6x$100 (no discounted change fee for infant)
Which is correct? I want to make sure we have correct information regarding infant change fee, particularly if it is expedia that ends up refunding the change fee.
