Won't help gain many points or SC but some very cheap ($59) QF Link on sale

One particular routing yields 7000 points + 70 sc for $360. Maybe reasonable for those who need to cover 4 segments, more attractive with a double sc offer.

What would be the best trip out of Sydney to nab the most SC's and points in a single day?

MKY-TSV is generally a killer though. Blows the $/SC right out of the water.

Out of SYD...

Not sure about SYD. However, using the often touted why fly direct when you can connect mantra; exploit the multi-city booking tool. I'm sure you can appreciate with limited seats during sale periods, routings may not be shared openly. I don't have a gmail account so can't add it to the spread sheet. That said, its likely already in there.
