Just wanted if anyone can clarify whether the rule around transferring points to a family member every 12 months also means you cannot be the recipient of gifted points more than once a year?

I have received points more than once in 12 mths as a result of reluctant gifting.

No it doesn't. You can be recipient from multiple accounts.
