And contrary to markis10 about spares, 747ER required for QF7/8.
Only 7 of those and I don't think OEB has flown the route.

There are 6 ERs, had the pleasure of flying OEG on Sunday on QF52.

Yes have been watching that one somewhat religiously for the day :)

There are 9 ERs, had the pleasure of flying OEG on Sunday on QF52.

There's 6 ERs (OEE, OEF, OEG, OEH, OEI, OEJ) and 3 non-ERs (OJS, OJT, OJU) that have been refurbed.

VH-OEB is an ex-OZ 747 which is a non ER.

Did anyone notice that the plane few over 7000km on a 2000 km trip.

Any Idea why QF 8 has ended up in Auckland according to the QF website on fri 22 March

Extra fuel stop, not uncommon for that to happen. but I am not sure
