ATO payments and EDR

Hi All
ive looked high and low on the forums about whether ATO payments with a Woolworths EDR or Jetstar mastercard credit card earn points and there seems to be some conflicting info out there. Does anybody know for sure (or has got points from this) if you earn points paying the ATO with EDR or Jetstar MC. Thanks for your help.

I paid my tax with my EDR card and received points.. About a month ago..

Yes they'll earn points but it's risky. They get narky if you put too much through that looks like business spend. Cards have been cancelled before.

With EDR it does pay to have quite a few other transactions to give the card a "retail" feel about it. For me this is a great card that produces bonus Woolies points and includes stuff like the butcher and green grocer and some monthly ATO amounts.
At a point a dollar for everything on the card it is twice as good as anything Westpac Visa offers me so the Westpac Visa misses my 2 wallets and is gathering dust as it deserves.
I get about 3 JASAs a year to Sydney by having this card (out of Perth and return) so it is a favourite personal card.
