Jetstar should learn from a bank what empathy is!

Where do you draw the line. Do you give special consideration to everyone who wants to visit someone in hospital, or only the ones that make it on the news.

how does a bank get first place on a customer satisfaction survey anyway? Were they giving out free money?

With all respect the line surely should be where there has just been a death publicised or not or where some one is about to pass away. Both can be easily verified.

One of my parents was recently rushed to hospital in the UK where they live with the next call to me telling me to get on a plane as she probably wont make it. QF were sensational and couldnt do enough to help.

Jetstar should be totaly ashamed of themselves.

What has happened to the world when compassion for others appears to be dieng too.

I find your comment quite insensitive and trust that you are never in a situation whilst traveling or loved ones being far from you that you get a call to tell you that loved one has died or is in hospital and wont make it.
