Today? If you wait till Monday any Amex office will do it free.
Avoid any of the window exchange places like money exchange... they will charge a fee. Not sure about travelex but they likely will charge too.
Crown is where I would go if I wanted the money now. Unlikely to be a fee (but you never know). Otherwise if you're at aa hotel ask them.
